Description: This seminar will highlight nutrition and how it relates to your health. Gowda N. Raj MD, a Board Certified Nutritionist, will impart valuable knowledge and clear up popular myths and misconceptions about nutrition, as well as give practical ideas for cooking and eating healthy. Dr. Raj is a Nutritionist, Educator, and Speaker. He received his MD Degree at the University of Mysore, India, and is his Board certification from Loyola Universtiy Strich School of Medicine in Chicago and Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
