Copies of her book "Personal Favorites: The Chefs of Las Vegas" will be available for sale and signing. Following Heidi's talk, as a special treat, local Chef Mayra of Pura Vida Bakery & Bystro will demonstrate healthy and delicious vegan cooking with a Southwest/Caribbean flair. Samplers will be served to the audience. There will be a drawing for a $30 Pura Vida gift certificate. Pre-registration for this FREE event is required. Space is limited!
